Why am I not able to upload a profile photo?

Please note that you won't be able to upload an existing photo from your gallery as your profile photo. You will need to click a selfie instantaneously and upload it.


For this to work, you should enable camera in your browser. 


For example, if you have Google Chrome as your browser, open it and log in to our website. Try to take a profile picture by clicking on the camera icon and the browser will request for permission to access camera. Click on "Allow" and then take a selfie and update.


Once this is done, you can continue to use the app from Home Screen and the profile picture will be visible.
