I uploaded photo id / address proof. But it is not getting verified. Why?

There are many reasons why your document may not bet getting verified at our end. Here are some pointers to keep in mind while trying to upload it again:
1. Log out of your account and log back in before you attempt to upload the files again.
2. File format must be .jpg
3. File size should not exceed 5MB
4. Choose the appropriate 'document type'. For example, if you choose 'passport' and then upload your PAN, it will get rejected.
5. If you upload a regular photo in the place of a photo ID, it will get rejected.
6. Make sure your photo is clearly visible in the scanned copy of the photo ID.
